Sunday, January 19th, 2-4pm REGISTER Yoga Nidra is a guided lying-down exercise that induces full-body relaxation and strong states of awareness.  Each session will begin with very gentle tension-relieving stretches for neck, shoulders and low back, followed by reclining “restorative” poses with soothing live music.
