Beginners are welcome. With the exception of Yoga-Inspired Pilates, all classes are gentle and accessible.
Outdoor Classes at The North Carolina Arboretum
The following classes are small-group, physically-distanced classes that I lead at the NC Arboretum. All are gentle, mindfully-paced, and beginner-friendly. Yoga in Nature requires the ability to get up and down off of the ground. Qigong & Walking Meditation is composed entirely of gentle standing practices. Participants are required to wear a mask, with optional removal once everyone is situated at least 10 feet apart.
