I keep track of how many passes you have and how many classes you attend, so you can expect a friendly email reminder when it is time for you to purchase more. Monthly members receive a discount on classes.

Thursday Strengthen & Stretch (chair-friendly / gentle pilates + yoga) 9:30am – 10:30 *begins February 3rd*
Friday Yoga-Inspired Pilates (10am – 10:45) *ends January 28th*
Friday Mindful Flow + Core (9:45am – 10:45) *begins February 4th*
Friday Resting Yoga: Yin & Restorative (11am – Noon)
All classes are beginner-friendly with the exception of Yoga-Inspired Pilates and Mindful Flow. The best price break on classes is to join as a monthly member.
