Weekly Class Schedule

September 30 @ 9:30 am - 11:00 am

I offer 5 weekly online Zoom classes at this time. All of my classes are gentle and mindfully-paced, with the exception of Thursday Morning Flow Yoga which is geared toward students who enjoy a  more physically vigorous practice. With the exception of Thursday Morning Flow, no prior yoga experience is required for my classes, and students who are working with injury, illness, and physical limitations will find these classes accessible, with modifications offered to suit individual needs. You can attend my classes via a monthly membership or by purchasing a class or set of classes in advance. If you plan to use outstanding class cards from The Shift Studio and it is your first Zoom class with me, simply email me (jenneuine@gmail.com) and let me know how many cards you have or intend to use so that I can send you a link to attend.

Mondays, 10 – 11am:

Tuesdays, 9:45 – 11am:
Gentle/Therapeutic Yoga

Wednesdays, 11am – Noon
Yoga for Arthritis & Osteoporosis

Thursdays, 9:30 – 10:30am
Mindful Flow

Fridays, 11am – Noon
Yin & Restorative Yoga
