Bi-Monthly Community Meditation

Free and open to all, this bi-monthly community meditation (sangha) meets on the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays of each month, from 7pm – 8pm, via Zoom. To join the group, please email Jenne so that I can send you the access link (jenneuine@gmail.com). Each meditation begins with 10 minutes of gentle, tension-relieving stretches that can be done seated in a chair or on the floor. A calming breath practice leads into a lightly guided seated meditation. Practice concludes with a guided progressive relaxation which can be done lying-down or seated in a chair. All are welcome. No prior experience necessary.
