Community Meditation on Wednesday Evenings

June 23 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Free weekly class offered every Wednesday evening from 7pm – 8pm on Zoom. Please note that Jenne will be on personal retreat during the week of June 16th, so Community Meditation will resume on June 23rd. Fifteen minutes of gentle seated tension-relieving stretches, followed by a calming breath practice. Lightly guided seated meditation concludes with a progressive relaxation practice which can be enjoyed lying-down or reclining in a chair. All are welcome. No experience necessary.
