Establish a daily practice in your own home with the support of a compassionate and caring online community. \nSunday August 9th — Thursday August 13th  \n\nClick Here to Register for Summer Retreat\n\nWhat to Expect\n🪷  All retreat sessions are held on Zoom. A pre-retreat handout is provided with tips and guidance for creating a supportive at-home meditation space. \n🪷  Participants choose their own level of participation to accommodate their personal schedule\, aspirations\, and needs at this time. Participants may arrive late to sessions or leave early as needed. Examples of how you might design your retreat week: \n🔹  Once or twice per day practice \n🔹  Skip a day as needed \n🔹  Attend one or two full days \n🔹  Participate in the full schedule (4 – 5 sessions per day) \n🔹  As many practice sessions as you like on as many days as you like \n🪷  Sessions include seated meditation (on chair or cushion)\, gentle moving meditation (gentle yoga\, qigong\, and lujong)\, lying-down meditation and progressive relaxation\, breath-work\, and practices for building self-compassion and equanimity. The first day of retreat features a 75-minute Deep Rest Yoga Nidra session including a gentle sound bath with quartz singing bowls. The closing session on Thursday morning offers an opportunity for personal and group reflection.
