Autumn Meditation Retreat

Set aside a week to clear your mind, relax your body, tend to your heart, and renew your spirit.

What to Expect

🪷 All retreat sessions are held on Zoom. A pre-retreat handout is provided with tips and guidance for creating a supportive at-home meditation space.

🪷 Participants choose their own level of participation to accommodate their schedule, aspirations, and mind-body needs at this time. Examples of how you might design your retreat week:

🔹 Once per day practice

🔹 Twice per day practice

🔹 Skip a day as needed

🔹 Participate in the full schedule (four to five sessions per day)

🔹 As many practice sessions as you like on as many days as you like

🪷 Four to five practice sessions offered each day from Sunday through Friday; One final practice session offered on Saturday morning followed by an optional group reflection to close the retreat.

🪷 All participants have unlimited access to daily yoga & qigong practices in addition to meditation sessions. Full Retreat Schedule is listed below.

🪷 Each day includes a 30-minute lying-down resting meditation and self-compassion practice. The first day of the retreat features a full 75-minute Deep Rest Yoga Nidra session including a gentle sound bath.

🪷 Participants may arrive late to sessions or leave early as needed.

🪷 During the course of the retreat, participants are encouraged to contact the retreat instructor with any questions or challenges that come up. A mid-week group check-in to share joys and insights, vent struggles, and ask questions is offered on Wednesday afternoon. The closing session on Saturday offers an immersive opportunity for group reflection.

🪷 When registering, participants have the option to include a post-retreat private session with the retreat instructor to reflect, debrief, explore struggles and insights, and ask follow-up questions. This session can be done online over Zoom or in-person in Weaverville or Hendersonville, North Carolina.
