What to Expect

🪷 All retreat sessions are held on Zoom. A pre-retreat handout is provided with tips and guidance for creating a supportive at-home meditation space.

🪷 Participants choose their own level of participation to accommodate their schedule, aspirations, and mind-body needs at this time. Examples of how you might design your retreat week:

🔹 Once per day practice

🔹 Twice per day practice

🔹 Skip a day as needed

🔹 Participate in the full schedule (four to five sessions per day)

🔹 As many practice sessions as you like on as many days as you like

🪷 Four to five practice sessions offered each day from Sunday through Friday.

🪷 All participants have unlimited access to daily yoga & qigong practices in addition to meditation sessions. Full Retreat Schedule is listed below.

🪷 Each day includes a 30-minute lying-down resting meditation and self-compassion practice. The first day of the retreat features a full 75-minute Deep Rest Yoga Nidra session including a gentle sound bath.

🪷 Participants may arrive late to sessions or leave early as needed.

🪷 During the course of the retreat, participants are encouraged to contact the retreat instructor with any questions or challenges that come up. The closing session on Friday afternoon offers an immersive opportunity for group reflection.

🪷 When registering, participants have the option to include a post-retreat private session with the retreat instructor to reflect, debrief, explore struggles and insights, and ask follow-up questions. This session can be done online over Zoom or in-person in Weaverville or Hendersonville, North Carolina.
