Free Joint & Spine Care Class @Centerwell Patton

Improve joint mobility & stability as well as flexibility and stability in your spine in this free one hour class at CenterWell Activity Center in Asheville. Seated & standing exercises only in this class, done with the support of a chair.

This class is open to the public and does not require registration.
