Qigong & Walking Meditation March

Enjoy a slow, mindful walking meditation through the North Carolina Arboretum gardens, practicing breath awareness and sensory attention to touch the deep peace and simple wonders of quiet time in nature. This session begins with a series of gentle and easy Qigong movements to clear the mind, release tension, support the body and brain’s natural healing processes, and generate a sense of inner calm. Parking is free when you register for a class at the Arboretum.
