A wide variety of stretches for the whole body, done at a mindful pace, to relieve tension, reduce stress, improve balance and flexibility, build strength mindfully, and cultivate inner calm. Learn practical tools to improve mental health and keep body systems in balance. No prior yoga experience needed. Participants need to be able to get up and down off the floor unassisted in this class.
This is an online weekly group class offered via ZOOM, an easy-to-use online conference space that you can access via your phone, tablet, or computer. Participants receive once-per-week reminder emails on Sunday afternoon containing a secure link to access the class.
