Free weekly community centering practice. Release tension, clear your mind, and gather your spirit so that you are ready and resourced to face whatever arises and be a source of presence and grounding for those around you. Guided breath-work, visualization, and simple meditation techniques equip us to greet the coming week with calm resilience.
All are welcome. No prior experience necessary. This practice can be done seated (on chair or cushion) or lying-down on the floor or in your bed. Please email Jenne for the Zoom link at [email protected]
Community sessions are offered free to the public to ensure everyone has access to the healing benefits of mind-body practice regardless of income. This is an online weekly group class offered via ZOOM, an easy-to-use online conference space that you can access via your phone, tablet, or computer. Participants can opt in to receive once-per-week reminder emails on Sunday afternoon containing a secure link to access the class.
