Yoga for Social Change: Study & Support Group

We live in a time when realizing the truth of interconnectedness is critical to survival. How we choose to engage this moment determines not only our own well-being but the well-being of many. Spiritual practitioners from all traditions have a moral imperative to recognize the intersection between self-care and community care, self-liberation and collective liberation.

Yoga for Social Change is a community-building study and support group for practitioners of all persuasions who want to reflect on how our spiritual practices can be optimally engaged to support healing and transformation in our communities and in the world.

The Mind-Body Online Library

The Mind-Body Library is an archive of over 150 videos & guided audio practices that include gentle yoga, chair yoga, flow yoga, pilates, chair pilates, tai chi, qigong, restorative (resting) yoga, guided meditation, guided relaxation, mini-trampoline fitness and more. Choose from a wide variety of recorded classes that vary in length from quick 15-minute practices to full one hour classes.
