Open Meditation is a free weekly community session offered to support personal meditation practice. Enter the session and engage in whatever type of meditation practice feels most supportive for you (examples: seated meditation, walking meditation, restorative yoga, lying-down meditation, breathing practice, etc).

The Zoom session opens 10 minutes before start time with soft meditative music for folks who want to arrive early to stretch, journal, and/or get settled in. The music turns off and the meditation bell rings when the session officially begins at 8:30am. The meditation bell also rings one minute before the close of the session so that we can bow out together as a group. It is perfectly fine to arrive late to the session or leave early as needed.

Community sessions are offered free to the public to ensure everyone has access to the healing benefits of mind-body practice regardless of income. Those who can afford to make a contribution to support community access and the time and energy of the instructor are encouraged to make a donation or become a monthly patron by Clicking Here

This is an online weekly group class offered via ZOOM, an easy-to-use online conference space that you can access via your phone, tablet, or computer. Participants can opt in to receive once-per-week reminder emails on Sunday afternoon containing a secure link to access the class.
