Thursdays 7pm – 8pm

Energy and calm is renewed with the practice of rest. Each session includes:

  • Breathwork
  • Gentle seated and lying-down stretches. Seated stretches can be done in a chair or on a cushion. Lying-down stretches can be done lying on the floor or in your bed.
  • Resting poses (Restorative Yoga)
  • Sound Bath
  • Self-compassion Practice

Support your mind and your body’s natural healing processes, reduce inflammation, relieve the effects of stress on the body and brain, reduce the symptoms of chronic illness, and give yourself time and space to recover and heal. Modifications are offered throughout this class to support your body’s unique needs.

This is an online weekly class offered on Zoom, an easy-to-use online conference space that can be accessed via smartphone, tablet, or computer. Students receive once-per-week emails containing a secure link to access the class.
