Attend subsequent classes by purchasing a pack of class passes or by signing up for a monthly membership. To learn more about a specific class, please click on the class title below. All classes are beginner-friendly, with the exception of Yoga-Inspired Pilates and Mindful Flow.

Outdoor Classes at The North Carolina Arboretum

The following are small-group classes I lead at the NC Arboretum. All are gentle, mindfully-paced, and beginner-friendly. Yoga in Nature requires the ability to get up and down off of the ground a time or two. Class size is limited to 10 participants and we maintain healthy physical distance (mask optional). You may register for the entire series or for a single class (with the exception of Tai Chi).
