Beginners are welcome. With the exception of Yoga-Inspired Pilates, all classes are gentle and accessible.

Outdoor Classes at The North Carolina Arboretum

The following classes are small-group, physically-distanced classes that I lead at the NC Arboretum. All are gentle, mindfully-paced, and beginner-friendly. Yoga in Nature requires the ability to get up and down off of the ground. Qigong & Walking Meditation is composed entirely of gentle standing practices. Class size is limited to 10 participants and we maintain healthy physical distance (mask optional). You may register for the entire series or for a single class.
